Let me bring the training to you… in your own home or in a group fitness class in Taupo.

I have tried it all – crash diets, long runs on the treadmill, boring, lonely weights in the gym, loads of cardio, and unused gym memberships. But I’ve never looked or felt better than I do right now, my workouts have been chopped in half and I love them!

This combination of high intensity interval training and strength training has transformed my life and I want to do the same for you.

HIIT has exploded onto the fitness scene in the last few years as the fast, effective and fun way to work out. So I’m bringing this new way of training to Taupo, as a personal training option or through group fitness. If you can give me all you’ve got, I can show you a workout that will:
