Group Fitness
The most fun you can have exercising in 30 minutes of group fitness.
No equipment, just your body.
We tailor every group HIIT class – from the absolute beginner to the fittest athlete. It’s your class and you work to your own intensity level. All we need is for you to give it 100%. You’ll love every minute and change your body and your fitness level while you have fun with a supportive group.
Kids are welcome too, they can even join in!
All classes are based in Taupo.

Group Fitness Classes
MetaFit
The original licensed HIIT group class – full body cardio and strengthening in 30 minutes using just your bodies.
MetaPWR
Licensed metabolic HIIT class using weights to build muscle and improve strength, coordination and cardiovascular fitness in 30 minutes.
Fat Shred HIIT
A 30 minute group workout that’s totally yours. No specified rest periods, so work until you can’t and rest until you can. The best way to smash your fat in 30 minutes!
Mumma’s HIIT Fitness – Led by a Certified Pre-Post Natal Instructor
You don’t have to be a mumma to join us for these classes and they’re tailorable for all levels of fitness.
30 minutes of cardio followed up with ab, core and butt toning and strengthening work. 45 minute class.
Mumma’s Mini Boot Camp
45 minute boot camp style training session, could be cardio, strength, flexibilty, HIIT, pairs.. new class every time.
