I’ll come to your house, park, garage… wherever you want to work out, I’m based in Taupo. The Travelling Trainer way of training is to encourage and motivate you in the space where you are most comfortable.

My job as your personal trainer is to be your guide, ideas person, encouragement, expert and biggest cheerleader on whatever fitness, health and lifestyle goals you set for yourself.
My area of expertise is in fast and fun fitness using High Intensity Interval Training, getting maximum results without having to hang about in a gym for hours. The best place to start is with a commitment to a block of training to get you on your way to wherever you want to be – whether it’s to lose some body fat, get some muscles, get stronger, faster or more flexible, run your first 5kms or just to feel amazing.
My 6, 8 and 12 week personal training blocks include:
- Free fitness testing and body composition measurements (if you want them… no pressure) at the start and the end of the block
- Free basic nutrition guide with a food diary analysis and some healthy eating ideas to get you started
- Training ideas and guidelines for your home workouts
Personal Training Options
Sessions can be made up of a combo of HIIT, cardio and strength. 1-3 of each type per week is an ideal way to train your body.
2 week HIIT Taster
2 sessions per week for 2 weeks (4 sessions): $150 or 2 payments of $75 (just $37.50 a session to get you started)
6 week HIIT Start Me Up
2 sessions per week (12 sessions): $600 or 6 weekly payments of $100 ($50 per session)
3 sessions per week (18 sessions): $810 or 6 weekly payments of $135 ($45 per session)
8 week HIIT Get Me Going
2 sessions per week (16 sessions): $760 or 8 weekly payments of $95 ($47.50 per session)
3 sessions per week (24 sessions): $1020 or 8 weekly payments of $127.50 ($42.50 per session)
12 week HIIT Body Blitz
2 sessions per week (24 sessions): $1080 or 12 weekly payments of $90 ($45 per session)
3 sessions per week (36 sessions): $1440 or 12 weekly payments of $120 ($40 per session)
After completing any of the 6, 8 or 12 week HIIT blocks, you are welcome to sign up for a weekly spot (or 2 or 3) for $40 a session. No contracts, no locked in commitments, no pressure. I’ll come to you as long as you want to train with me.
Cancellation Policy
I understand things can pop up in life. My time and my clients are very important to me, so in the event that you can’t keep a scheduled session, I can reschedule one free of charge per training block. 24 hours’ notice would be appreciated. Subsequent cancelled sessions may be charged for.
